In the cave, we watched a lady fall off the slippery incline stairs and fall into a small trench of sorts, gashing her head open on the rocks. it would seem that making a accessible walkway - both in safety rails and width - would be a positive improvement. I also wonder why they don't just enlarge that spot as there are many other man-made changes to the cave (like the cement paved stairs and rectangle framed pond and wiring & lights, etc). I wonder if this has ever happened to anyone. Again, I fit in, but what if I hadn't - that would leave me & my son to take the "walk of shame" back through the entrance as my spouse has pins in their ankle and we opted to not have them do the cave tour. Better to know before hand - the tight squeeze area is xxx inches wide at it's narrowest spot or ask larger customers to privately ask the guide if they think there will be a non-fit or even have a frame that's the same size to give a visual of the max size for that spot (like how amusement parks put a sample seat at the front of the ride). They should also have a size limit as I'm larger and barely squeaked through the one "tight squeeze" section - they should measure that section and give guidance before the tour starts (vs just saying "there's on spot that's a tight squeeze") as there were several patrons on zoo premise that day that would never have fit through that spot which would be frustrating and embarrassing for them and cause extra work for the guide to have to walk them out. During our tour - about 6 people in front of me, a lady fell and gashed her head open thanks to the wet stairs with no rails (see more on that below) if you don't balance easily on dry flat ground this likely isn't the tour for you. The cave tour is good but extremely treacherous. This is NOT my first cave so I've seen how others handle the include/stairs/wetness/safety.

The zoo attached to this cave is awesome, but very disappointed with the safeness of traversing this cave.
